Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery Charges are Rs 3500/- for Karachi City Area. Charges are exclusive of Loading & Lifting. Delivery Charges for Motorway/Highway will be added according to Site Location. Out of City Delivery Charges to be decided by Partnered Logistics Company. Partial Labor assistance maybe provided with Delivery according to Availability. Offloading Assistance in Basement or Top Floors to be provided at Customer's Responsibility. Goods to be delivered only after Payment Confirmation. For Cash/Online on Delivery signature and approval of Assigned Salesperson/Guarantor to be given

 

Return Policy

Please note any goods returned or exchanged after 24 Hours of purchase will be adjusted after 30% deduction. Any goods tempered or used will not be accepted. Exchange may be considered within 48 hours of Purchase if there is a genuine issue regarding specifications.
